Shipping And Handling
We aim to send out nearly ALL orders the same day (exceptions include our personalised gifts and larger bespoke orders which will take an extra few days). You can choose your preferred shipping option at the checkout, just enter your postcode and you will be given your shipping options. If you want you find out how much delivery will cost prior to checkout you can calculate shipping at any stage by clicking on the link next to your shopping cart (top right) as long as there are items in your basket. Alternatively, you can total the individual weights of selected products (see product information pages) and compare the shipping charges shown below.
The cost of post and packaging is relative to the weight of your order. We add a small amount for packaging but endeavour to ensure that your only pay what is reasonable in relation to Royal Mail's / Courier's current pricing.

Domestic UK Shipping Options
UK Delivery Options : RM48 / RM 48 Tracked / RM24 / RM 24 Tracked / Highlands, Island and N.I. /1-2 Day Courier.
All UK orders under 2Kgs are sent by Royal Mail (Unless courier option is selected). For orders above 2Kg, we may send these by Courier (which is tracked and signed for) .
RM24 and 48 Tracked
Why not upgrade to our fully tracked Royal Mail Service for a small extra charge (available on UK Mainland orders). You will receive a tracking number on dispatch, an email from royal mail on the expected day of delivery and / or SMS text message on your day of delivery, giving you complete control, knowing it is is due to arrive / simple options to change the delivery date or have your item dropped off at your local post office for collection later. Also you can take advantage of the SAFE PLACE option to have your parcel left securely if you are out or delivered to a nominated neighbour.
UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
Orders up to 2Kgs are sent by Royal Mail, on larger orders 2Kgs and above you can choose our Courier Service.
1-2 Day Courier
Take advantage of our 1-2 day courier service (Max 60Kgs, UK Mainland Only, Mon-Fri Delivery Only). It is a tracked and signed for service. A great service to save on postage for larger items. We use UPS for these services.
3-5 Day Courier
Tracking is provided with our 3-5 day courier service (Max 10Kgs, UK Mainland Only, Mon-Fri Delivery Only). A great service to save on postage for larger items. We use EVRI (formerly Hermes) for this service.
Saturday Delivery (RM24/48 Tracked)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 also deliver on a Saturday (as opposed to standard delivery which is usually Mon-Fri). However, this is not a guaranteed service.
BFPO Addresses
We are keen to support UK forces both home and abroad. We are able to send up 2Kgs in weight at our normal UK standard delivery rates. Place your order as normal, but please insert you county address as 'NOT LISTED' and your shipping country as 'UNITED KINGDOM', and we will sort out the rest. If your order is over 2Kgs we may send multiple deliveries.

Delivery
We will normally process your order within 1 working day, however please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK on our standard shipping service, and up to 15 Days for European and Rest of the World deliveries. PLEASE NOTE : Nearly all of our packages are too large to fit through a standard letter box. Royal Mail or the Courier Company should leave a calling card if you are out on standard deliveries and you will also be able to arrange redelivery or drop off on tracked items. If you have not received your order longer than 7 days after receiving your shipping email please contact your local sorting office as your first priority, if you have no luck, then please contact us and we'll raise an investigation to track your delivery.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with an expected delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We operate stock control on our website so we hope you will not encounter any problems.
FREE Returns
We have a 30 days return policy, and if there is a problem with your purchase we are always at the end of the phone or email. We will endeavour to resolve your problem. That is why we are more than happy to offer a FREE returns policy if there is ever any need to use it. (Applies to UK domestic orders only and non personalised items).
